What’s included in the price of a Winederlust tour?
Each package clearly lists what’s included, but most tours cover your transportation, Winederlust host, and standard tasting flights at each partner winery. Some packages also include snacks or charcuterie on board. Gratuity for your driver and any bottle purchases are typically not included unless specified.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends and popular dates (spring/fall) can book out several weeks in advance, especially for private buses. We recommend securing your date 4–6 weeks ahead when possible. Last-minute requests are always welcome and we’ll do our best to make magic happen.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or non-drinkers?
Yes. Let us know about dietary needs (gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.) and we’ll coordinate with our partners. For non-drinkers or pregnant guests, we can usually offer discounted seats and swap in mocktails or non-alcoholic options where available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because we reserve buses and winery slots in advance, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Depending on the package and timing, we may be able to offer credits or rescheduling options. The exact terms will be clearly presented before you pay.
